for mitt romney. the broadest poll of all voters has romney with a 4 point lead and this was taken for four days starting with the debate. the day after the debate now. the previous poll had president obama with an 8 point lead, but the swing that's more pronounced is among women. it's a major, major thing, and 47-47. that's a 18 point swing from the previous poll. on to another area where mitt romney is catching up on money, goldman sachs employees, they gave more than a million dollars to obama in 2008. and they've only given them $136,000, on the other hand goldman sachs employees have given mitt romney 900,000, and more to the super pac. so, sandra, lots of signs point to go a romney revival and the thing that jumps out. 47-47% among women and this would seem just absolutely unbelievable just a week ago. >> first of all, there's a lot of time still left before the election and these numbers can still change. the change in women voters is huge and it also brings to realization that there is he' still a lot of undecided voters out there that are still easily swayed with just days left bef

and from new hampshire. the latest arg poll of likely voters shows mitt romney at 49% and president obama at 46%. that's in florida right now. that's within the sampling error. meanwhile, with just 25 days to go before election day there are some serious concerns about a republican financed voter registration effort in the state. cnn's crime and justice correspondent joe johns is joining us now with the latest on a criminal investigation making waves right here in washington. joe, what's going on? >> wolf he is a veteran gop operative who just doesn't seem to go away. a few weeks agoaway. a few weeks ago, a wave of bad publicity hit the waves. he was disavowed by the republican national committee. tonight, some democrats that criticize his tactics say they're worried he may still be operating in several key battleground states under a different company name. >> it all started with nathan sprule. they came under fire for providing false information at the supervisor of election office. they responded by throwing him under the bus even though he denies wrong doing.

to be made up for this campaign. polls show that president obama is still holding a lead over governor romney in ohio. but those polls also show that the governor is closing in, within striking distance now of the president. speaking of the president, he also was in ohio this week and admitted publicly that he had a bad night out in denver for that first presidential debate. obviously a lot of republicans and democrats agreed with his assessment. the president said he was too polite and that voters can expect him to see him being a lot more active in the second debate up at hofstra university in new york. back here in ohio, paul ryan's got a big day here. he's got two stops in ohio, starting with this rally a little later this morning, and then he'll go up to minnesota before ending the night in wisconsin. he's expected to take sunday off the trail, little rest for the weary, if you will. >>> earlier, i sat down with "morning joe," asking them how they thought undecided voters would react to all the fireworks. >> i think the undecided said you know what? we'll watch some baseball this week. s
